Tools To Improve English

Today I come up tools which are helped me to correct my typo mistake and improved my English knowledge to another extent.These tools improve my English while I am working. Here I will keep on update this article with the list of tools available on the web.Please share us your view on this article and tools you are using in the comment section.

This tool is for you

They are many tools available on the web. I have used the below tool which offer me integrate those tool inside my web browser, MS Word, Outlook.

• Grammarly

Grammarly

Grammarly is one of the best tools to correct your mistake which you making commonly in English.

Grammarly offers two way to integrate Grammarly extension into windows

• Browser Extension      
• MS Office Add-in (Outlook and Word)

Browser Extension

Grammarly only supports three browsers as of now. You can browser and Grammarly download link for these browsers below

• Chrome – Download Grammarly from here
• Firefox – Download Grammarly from here
• Safari – Download Grammarly from here

Once you have downloaded and logged into Grammarly it will configure successfully in your browser .  Once it is configured you will Grammarly icon on text area  in website as shown in the image below

Once you will start type on, it will start to work on your English. It will show number of error you made also it will show the suggestion on your errors, you will also ignore this error

It has few option which you can see when you click on Grammarly extension on browser as shown in image below

• Enable and disable Grammarly for particular website
• Use Grammarly to check synonyms of word by double clicking on it
  
• The number of error-corrected so for now.

There is another way to check your mistake.

• Go to Grammarly app at https://app.grammarly.com/
• Crete new document or upload your document in Grammarly app

MS Office Add-in

It works in a similar way as in the browser.You can download add-in from here. You can find the Grammarly tools on Grammarly tab in word as shown in images

Once it is enabled in MS office it will affect the following office feature

• Auto Save feature
• Undo feature (Ctrl + Z)

• Find more error and add enhance to you English than normal MS Office
• Available  for browser,Ms office

Cons

• Not available for all browsers
• Premium version only offers more advanced version. Sign up using this link to try the premium version for one week.
